This excellent sourdough tin loaf is made entirely with "unfortified" ancient grains - Shipton Mill organic Emmer and Shipton Mill organic Einkorn grains. The high price reflects the cost of these nutritionally beneficial slow growing ancient wheats and the additional challenges of working with them.
