
Amazing bread!

This is how Wye Bakehouse describe their Farmer's Crown bread:
"A recipe that was taken from an old English baking book. Farmers is made using a pre-ferment, with the addition of baked potatoes, which makes for a golden crust and a soft and moist crumb."
Fabulous with cheese - this bread has a light and beautifully soft open texture. Dangerously moreish!
