These are made from naked oats where the hull naturally falls from the grain. They have a texture somewhere between jumbo and rolled porridge oats. Great for porridge and for flapjacks, biscuits, casseroles and broths. Grown & flaked at Mains of Haulkerton, Kincardineshire, Scotland Each batch is tested to confirm its gluten-free status (under 5 parts per million gluten).
