Horseradish - organic

Organic horseradish from Austria. Delicious when grated and used to flavour savoury dishes, but care should be taken when preparing horseradish as the pungent fumes can cause irritation to the eyes. Also don't eat too much if you aren't used to it! Great stuff for clearing the sinuses!
