Local organically (biodynamically, in fact) grown lettuce head (green with red speckles) from Moss Valley Market Garden just outside Sheffield. One head, or two if very small, depending how much they grow this week.
As fresh as you can get, short of growing in your own garden. We collect it from Moss Valley on the morning of the co-op.
