Lettuce - Little Gem Organic British

Local organically (biodynamically, in fact) grown Little Gem lettuce (a type of Cos) from Moss Valley Market Garden just outside Sheffield.

As fresh as you can get, short of growing in your own garden. We collect it from Moss Valley on the morning of the co-op.
