Pea shoots, biodynamic

Local organically (biodynamically, in fact) grown pea shoots from Moss Valley Market Garden just outside Sheffield.

As fresh as you can get, short of growing in your own garden. We collect it from Moss Valley on the morning of the co-op.

Pea shoots are a tasty ("nutty and spinach-like") and nutritious salad, and a good source of fiber, vitamins, and minerals
