Rocket salad

A peppery-tasting, dark green salad leaf from the mustard family, used raw in salads and as a pizza topping, or cooked, rich in vitamins A, C, and K.

Grown organically (biodynamically, in fact) at Moss Vallet Market Garden near Sheffield - as fresh as you can get it without growing it yourself, we collect it from Moss Valley on the morning of the co-op.
